Do we mix for radio?

It seems that this debate will run and run, especially as there i sno end to the “loudness war” that is currently raging within audio.

A traditional argument for little dynamic range was because of potential radio play. Producers wanted their tracks louder than others on the radio so dynamic range was reduced to ensure “ear grabbing” attention.
