BBC R&D: Binaural

Staff researcher Chris Pike’s article on binaural serves as a great introduction to what it is, where it’s came from and how it can be used. Spatial technology is on the rise, and with popularity comes new tools. Let’s hope that the work from Chris and colleagues can improve the stereophonic presentations for mobile or headphone listeners!

As an aside, the KEMAR head looks strange without a wig and glasses (bored technicians + KEMAR + wig = fun).
