Ambisonic Symposium 2010

so my first trip away on University / Academy business was completed on Saturday afternoon. I had a bit of trouble getting there ( thanks Eyjafjallajokul! ) but I made it in one piece, and only managed to miss three papers [or one morning session]. I met many fine Academics and practitioners of Ambisonics – of which I will post up pictures and links as I get them.

the Symposium was held at the wonderful IRCAM centre, Paris.

since returning to Scotland – I’ve completed two live albums (San José) and a deadline for a release is Friday am. Also, prior to leaving Scottish soil I completed a master for String Theory. It was mixed by Stuart McLean and features musician extraordinaire Gordon Dunn.
